Contrast Studio Facilitator (Guide) – MindFuel Method

Overview

MindFuel Method, launching in Spring 2025, is Pittsburgh’s first guided contrast therapy studio, offering sauna, cold plunge, and breathwork experiences that empower transformation and community connection. We are seeking passionate, growth-oriented individuals to join our one-of-a-kind team as Guides. 

In this role, you will be the heartbeat of the MindFuel experience, leading guests through contrast therapy to enhance emotional and physical well-being in a way that fosters a sense of awe and belonging.

Your confidence, creativity, and expertise will help shape a welcoming atmosphere that inspires trust, self-discovery, and meaningful connections. As a Guide at MindFuel, you’ll embark on your own journey of growth while serving as a catalyst for transformation in others, making a lasting impact every single day. You’ll confidently lead any of MindFuel’s core experiences, including Classes, Socials, and Free Flow sessions.


Whether you’re certified in yoga, breathwork, meditation, or fitness—or simply have a passion for guiding others—we provide comprehensive training in contrast therapy, ensuring you are fully equipped to deliver exceptional experiences. Part-time positions available with opportunities for growth and career advancement.  

Key Responsibilities

- Guide participants through sauna and cold plunge sessions with confidence, empathy, and energy.

- Learn 2-3 class scripts to be scheduled weekly and to support with subs and swaps 

- Curate awe and wonder in all guests through breath, meditation, movement, essential oils, towel waving, lighting, music, sound healing, intention setting and integration, bridging concepts covered in our space to external applications
- Create a welcoming environment, ensuring every guest feels seen, supported, and inspired.

-  Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety, including setting up and resetting the space between sessions, ambiance and equipment.
- Engage in community-building by learning names, fostering connections, and embodying MindFuel’s values.

- Provide support to Front Desk to ensure a successful check-in process and greet quests warmly as they arrive.
- Participate in ongoing training and contribute to program innovation.

Qualifications

- Strong passion for wellness, community, and personal growth.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for making others feel comfortable and connected.

- Strong self-awareness around open body language, eye contact and ability to hold space.

- Certifications in yoga, breathwork, meditation, or fitness are an asset but not required.
- Ability to work in environments with temperature variations and engage in light physical tasks (lifting up to 20 lbs, bending, standing for extended periods).
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.

- Current CPR Certification

Opportunities for Certified Instructors

- Qualified Guides with certifications in yoga, breathwork, meditation, and/or sound healing may teach upstairs studio classes, blending movement and mindfulness with our contrast therapy offerings.
- All Guides are required to lead at least two contrast studio classes per week, ensuring alignment with MindFuel’s core experiences.
